MiamiAccording to a prensa communication from the Department of Justice obtained by Local 10 on the eve of the court, an ex-member of the Miami-based EE. UU.’s Fuerza A was sentenced to five years in federal prison for sexually assaulting another member of the service while he was stationed at a base in the United Kingdom.

According to the authorities, James Loubeau, who was 37 years old, was sentenced to 60 months in prison followed by 20 months of supervised release after admitting to the main charges of sexual abuse.

The cargos were derived from an occurrence that occurred in 2019 at the Royal Air Force Mildenhall, located in Suffolk, England.

As part of his admission of guilt, Loubeau acknowledged that on May 4, 2019, he had sexually assaulted the victim while she was at the base.

According to the investigators, Loubeau and the victim had been drinking in a tavern on the base that evening. With the help of an acquaintance, the visibly inebriated victim returned to her life on the base and went to the cama alone.

According to the fiscales, the victim was discovered on the camera at Loubeau, approximately 2:30 a.m.

They advised calling two friends and informing them that they had been violated.

The authorities said that the initial genes of vigilance showed Loubeau leaving his residence and returning to his dormitory more slowly.

According to the investigators, an examination revealed lesions associated with sexual intercourse, and the ADN tests linked Loubeau to aggression.

They stated that in March 2020, Loubeau was placed under the control of the Fuerza A.

Loubeau was first charged in April and had previously been held in a Broward County jail before being sent to the federal custody.
