Woman stabbed near Miami’s Flagami neighborhood, police say

Miami police responded quickly after a woman was stabbed Saturday morning close to the Flagami area, according to authorities.

According to Miami Police Department officers, the woman was found with a knife wound to her shoulder shortly before nine in the morning after being sent to the intersection of West Flagler Street and Southwest 69th Avenue.

She was stable and alert, according to the police. The woman’s age, name, and whether or not she was taken to the hospital were not verified.

According to them, the inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the stabbing is still underway.

No information regarding a potential suspect was made public right away.
